Phoebe Halliwell is the third daughter of a mortal man named Victor Bennett and a witch named Patty Halliwell, the younger baby sister of Prue and Piper Halliwell.

Powers and Abilities

Active powers

• Premonition - The ability to see and experience events from the past, present, and future. This power allows her to create psychic links and share/receive/trigger visions with and onto other psychics. This is Phoebe's primary Wiccan power.
• Intuition: The ability to sense when something is about to happen before it does. This allows her to feel and predict attacks.
• Astral Premonition: The ability to receive visions of the future while simultaneously astral projecting into said future.
• Precognitive Dreaming: The ability to perceive future events in dreams.

• Levitation - The ability to propel oneself into the air and hover or move through the air slightly. It is primarily a defensive power used to avoid attacks. It is also a weaker version of Flight, a power which this ability can evolve into. This is Phoebe's second power in season 3.

• Empathic Telepathy - Phoebe's power allowed her to hear the thoughts of others. This power is an expansion of empathy, serving as a mixture of both empathy and telepathy. Later as Phoebe's powers developed, she also learned how to send her own thoughts into another being's mind. Her power had also expanded to allow her to telepathically connect to the souls and spirits of the deceased. This is Phoebe's third power that she gained in season 6.

• Mind Manipulation, also known as Mind Control: Is the ability to manipulate and/or control the minds of other beings.
• Clairaudience: The ability to mentally hear what people outside the natural hearing range are saying.
• Channelling: The ability to channel the powers of other beings in order to use them once they are activated.
• Pathokinesis: the power to manipulate emotions and feelings.
• Mediumship: As a result of her powers expanding, Phoebe developed a form of spiritual telepathy, allowing her to read the minds/emotions of and commune with spirits.

Piper Halliwell is the second Charmed One, the younger sister of Prue Halliwell, and the older sister of Phoebe Halliwell. She is the mother of Wyatt, Chris, and Melinda Halliwell. Piper is the second-born of Patty Halliwell and Victor Bennett. She is also the second wife of a former whitelighter, Leo Wyatt.

Piper works as a chef in her own restaurant, which she named Halliwell's, a nod to her family. She opened the restaurant in 2008 after closing down her nightclub, P3.

Powers and Abilities

Active powers

Molecular Immobilization -  The ability to slow down molecules to the point that they freeze. This power works on almost all objects and beings, except certain upper-level demons such as the Triad, and other good witches. This is Piper's primary power which she channels through her hands.

• Inanimation: The ability to place targets (including objects and beings) into an inanimate state, regardless of any force that acts on it, causing them to lose their ability to move and become inanimate.
• Body Immobilization: The ability for to people freeze within their current state in space. The person/people may have their motor and cognitive functions being frozen as well, so have no idea that it happened as it just goes by and skips over the time they were frozen in time according to their perception of things.

Molecular Combustion - the ability to make molecules speed up to the point that objects or beings explode.

Molecular Reversion - the ability to shift molecules back into their previous order and state. This can be used to revert transformed objects and beings back to their natural form.

Prue Halliwell is the eldest and firstborn daughter of a mortal man named Victor Bennett and a witch named Patty Halliwell, the oldest sister of Piper and Phoebe Halliwell.

Powers and Abilities

Active Powers:

• Telekinesis - The ability to move objects and beings with the mind. This was Prue's primary ability as a witch which she could channel with her eyes and later hands.

• Telematerialization: The ability to use telekinesis to teleport liquids.
• Deviation: The ability to use a power to deflect magical energies and objects back in the direction they came from. Prue was able to push attacks or forces back telekinetically.
• Enhanced Agility: Enhancing one's physical agility, speed, and balance. Prue achieved this ability through the use of Telekinesis and was able to perform enhanced acrobatics.
• Super Strength: The power to exert a level of physical strength much greater than that of a normal person. Prue demonstrated this several times by beating enemies in close combat by combining her telekinetic power with her physical force.
• Telekinetic Teleportation: The ability to use objects/herself, as an advancement of telematerialization)
• Telekinetic Ball: The ability of balls of extreme kinetic energy capable of crushing one and sending them flying. This ability is an extension of Telekinesis which makes it quite rare. During Season 4, Prue developed this ability which she uses a couple of times. Her ability is extremely powerful, she can destroy the kitchen and crush Piper with only one ball. It was not powerful enough however to prevent Wyatt from diverting it. Prue's most popular use of this ability was when she sent a ball at one of the Collectors and sent him flying through and into the window.

• Astral Projection - the ability to be in two places at once, to simply think about being anywhere else in the world than you are in right now and projecting yourself to that location.

• Advanced Projection: The ability to make the projection intangible and was also able to use powers whilst projecting (although the bill did disappear quickly due to the use of Prue's powers). This is believed to be the most advanced Astral Projection that can come.
• Astral Teleportation: The ability to project yourself and teleport anywhere.

• Force Fields - The ability to create force fields is often referred to as Shielding. This power is very rare and is only possessed by a few magical beings, who can be either good or evil. This is Prue's final power and she gained this final season 8 and continues using this also season 9.
